Nailed it! It's a good idea right? I needed something for parasailing do that if my hand slipped I wouldn't drop my $400 gopro into the ocean

So I came up with this. Simple and effective

Ya I needed something fast. We had boogie boards in the car. Took a leash off and tired it through the holes on the bottom of the case. Tied it super tight. Lease around my arm. Good to go
