The bike is awesome with the 180mm fork. I usually run it at 170mm but for hard DH trails I up it to the full 180mm. I rarely go below 170mm even for climbing as the slayer tends to climb so well. - Mike

180 mm dont affect the geometry of the bike ? I have the slayer too...I really like this bike but if I can put a 170 or 180 mm in front I really feel happy.
