 The photo angle makes it look like its touching. In reality the seat is actually around 6" away from the tire.  well if the seat tube was taller and the tt was higher it would make the bike mor dificult to moneaver and such on jumps and street, or park i dont see what the problem is here other then you being un educated about this

 No. I don't think it's close. BECAUSE IT'S NOT. You can get the seat about an inch from being slammed before it hits the tire. Just like, oh, I don't know, basically EVERY DJ/street frame.
