Unless I'm very very sorely mistaken, it's a place called Smith Rocks in Redmond, OR (nowhere near Oregon City, actually) that is primarily a hiking and rock climbing site. I've been there many times and never seen anyone biking this trail, because there is a significant stretch that is occupied by stairs that would be impossible (at least for those of us who aren't Brian Lopes) to ride.

 Yep! Awesome trail, used to run it all the time with my cross country team.

 ive hiked it a few times and always thought it would be fun to ride down it. smith rock is amazing.
