There are about 60 caves you could live in. Haven't found any inhabitants as of yet.

There is a 15.97 acre parcel for sale 5 lots south with similar terrain features. $230k, but it's been on the market a year. Can be subdivided into 3 lots. Has a spring and perked for septic. Private pond, zoned forestry.
