I put the pictures up as a small celebration!! My neighbors complained about the Pump Track to the Conservation Authority. So after jumping through many hoops and over $1000 in fines and permits. THE TRACK (Rolling Garden) IS HERE TO STAY!!!
Get ready for a huge PUMPALOOZZA INVITATIONAL PARTY in the spring!!! Just giving my wonderful neighbors a heartfelt thank-you for all their concern!!

I live on a river....and when living on a body of water, it is considered to be living within a Watershed Protected Area. Which is regulated by the Provincial Government. Bringing any type of material into a watershed area may create water displacement in the event of a flood. So a permit request is required when altering the landscape where I live. I had to prove that my Track did not effect the surrounding properties. My neighbors complained with hopes that my Pump track would have to be taken down.
That's interesting and great to hear! It's every bikers dream to have a track similar to this close by. I often wonder why more local municipalities don't implement the pump track design around Ontario considering our issue with flatland. They provide excellent skill, and endurance training with low risk for all levels of mtb. I for sure would love to have one in Mississauga or Milton and I doubt I'm alone. If the cities can build skate parks why not a small pump track !?
