I found VERY similar cracks on my first Banshee Legend... sent it to Jay in Taiwan only to find out it was simply the clear coat. Possibly just the powdercoat? It's just an odd crack... would have to be cracked in the weld as well...but under the powdercoat?

It's just the fact it's on both sides of the weld. Which leads me to think it would be a crack. If you feel it, it doesn't feel like just paint. It is a very odd place to crack. But what I was thinking is it could have been from a harsh bottom out, which just lead that part of the frame to have a lot of stress. I got it checked out at the LBS and they took pictures and are sending them to Rocky. So I'll hopefully hear back from them soon!
