Kuat NV is the rack. Very Solid and Simple to use. A nice feature is the lock you see coming from each rear tire. When not in use the lock retracts into the body of the rack and is held by magnets! It tilts down for hatch access by just pulling knob and goes back up level just by lifting it. no pins etc. Also when the rack is folded up you can see it has a bike stand vise coming off the top!
