Sir, could you tell what is for this blue-fixed bolt on the dampher?

I have unscrewed mine while fork cleaning and then screwed back not even thinking that it could be some regulation nut. Mine didn't have this blue thread fixer on it and was screwed in more than yours.

Any ideas what I could spoil in mi BOS Deville 170 fork with this action?

 Not at the moment. I have took my fork together already.

This bolt looks exactly as on your picture but:
1. Doesn't have blue tread fixer on it from the factory
2. Was sticking out of dampher body about 1/3 mm. Yours is sticking about 1 mm as it seems to me.

Frankly I have not touched this bolt. The blue thing is a Locktite. Do you have any pictures?
