8ft long, 4ft tall and 2ft wide. It took 2 sheets osb and 4 8ft 2x4s.

What radius did you use? 8ft?

yup, I attached an 8ft long string with a pencil on one end to a pillar in my garage and moved the osb around on sawhorses till it looked right
