I've used it mostly for XC in the winter. It's a Surly Instigator, it's supposed to be tough enough for DJ. It's weight and stiffness would suggest that as well, as it does not have a lot of flex and is a tad hefty.

 thats a fairly thin front fork, what do you use the bike for?
