Dual Speed and Style
Dual Speed and Style podium.
Martin Soderstrom is pumped after taking his first win in a very long time. Multiple massive injuries have kept the big man out of slopestyle, but he's found a new niche and he's stoked.
Soderstrom and Simpson face off in the first heat of the final round and it was a nail biter the entire way. This close over the second trick jump!
Soderstrom knocked out Loron using his massive bag of tricks to make up for the difference in speed between him and the french speedster.
Reynolds and Simpson spin it to win it, Simpson would move on.
Soderstrom took out early favorite Tomas Slavik who learned to backflip just yesterday with the help of a few co-competitors.
Loron and Strait down the back stretch. Drag race for the next round.
Loron and Strait were not holding back when it came to either their tricks, or putting down the horses.
Reynolds went head to head against the Californian, Mechem. The ginger ripper came out of nowhere (actually Aptos) and showed he has a huge amount of talent. Look for him to be a huge threat the rest of the year.
Jordie Lunn got things started on his first run throwing down a corked 7 against Howard. Unfortunately the lovable canadian couldn't hang on and R dog moved on to the next round.
