Wet muddy ride I use flat pedal and I choose spank spike pedal with 5.10 freeride and if dry and dusty I choose SPD dx with 5.10 cyclone

best pedals i ever had were GT flat pedals that came with my first DJ bike wish i still had them dunno what happened to them or id still be riding them

I use Oreo ice cream bars, I find they give me best grip.....and f-in deliceous!
