Used to race DH, but then enduro bikes got awesome and meant no more pushing my bike around. No lift access anywhere in Ireland, so no DH for me.

Most of the reasons fit. One that's missing is you get to ride up untimed. For me, that's a huge selling point.

We dont have huge mountains so shorter stages on Enduro races fits the area better.
