How much effort do you put into tuning volume spacers/progression?

You can substitute ramp-up chamber pressure with volume spacers if that's what you have.

I've never changed spacers in my fork or shock - it works fine as it came.
I'm bottoming out too often / never using full travel, but I'm not confident changing spacers so I haven't got round to changing it yet.
My suspension was too linear / too progressive, so I added / removed a volume spacer or two and now it's fine.
I regularly tweak volume spacers or ramp-up chamber pressure to chase the perfect spring curve.
I sometimes add half a Neopos spacer between stages so everyone thinks I'm Nicolas Vouilloz.
I run coil, what's a volume spacer?

this is missing the option of "i dont need a spacer for my riding with my bike in most conditions, though id' pop one in for the bike park". you dont "either use them or not". for most trail riding this is often set and forget, and some bikes (specially trail bikes with 36/lyriks) tend to be fine without any tweaking until you really push them outside their intended use

I never had a fork/ shock that I was able to change the volume spacers but my rear shock is a little soft for my liking so im planning on trying to get it a little stiffer when sending my suspension out for service

DVO doesn't have volume spacers, we just set midstroke and endstroke with our air pressure lol
