How about more gearboxes? I'm not interested in most of that list I just want my bike to work better for longer in all weather's. Bikes nowadays are pretty awesome so it's time to reign in the amount of standards and sort the last remaining major flaw-the exposed drivetrain.

Let's hope it's the ability to track your bike wherever it goes. Maybe a GPS located that comes stock on all bikes and can be tracked from your phone or computer.

If e-Bikes could stop being a thing that would be great, More Ti full suspension bikes, fewer mediocre youtubers being sponsored by bike companies, More domestic manufacturing in the bike biz (I don't care where you live but I think you should be able to buy bikes and parts that are made in your country/region) and hell if I'm really dreaming how about more affordable high quality bike options.

Regarding e-bikes, don’t make ignorant comments, a lot of cyclists ride e-bikes for good reason, I’m currently a cancer patient undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatment, my e-bike has probably saved my life.

Hating on e-bikes is so ignorant, they are highly versatile and allow many people that would not otherwise be able to ride to ride, and it allows those that want to ride longer, further and more do so without wearing their body as much. Or take it easy for the day and have a nice mellow ride after a grueling one the day before.

Regarding the comments on expanded-range gearing: What are your thoughts about the advent of 1x, vs. 2x (or, even -- gulp -- 3x!) drivetrains???
