Caffe latex stained my white wheels and frame

I asked if they would clean them for me and they said no because I wasn't going to use their product anymore. I was told I needed a very caustic spray foam insulation remover to get the dried latex off. The stuff also removed the paint...

Caffe latte sealant just come close but not enought to seal the tire when most needed. Tried but keep on Stans.

Id try the iscg tab on my pivot possibly and the jag wire cable, let me vote on both dammit haha!
