mine os the 07 but almost nothing is stock, this bike is the easiest bike to handle (in the air and on the ground) that ive tried.pedals extremely well i occasionally even use it on XC rides, geometry is great but is oriented more for jumping so sometimes feels weird on trail rides (YES, i know its meant for DJ and street)

Cannondale Chase 2 (MSRP $999.99) — Ride the same bike freestyle icon and 26-inch pioneer Aaron Chase chooses as his everyday ride. The Chase has everything Aaron needs and not a bit more. Double-pass, smooth-weld technology of the all-aluminum frame resists the hardest hits, while the short stays and tough chainstay yoke deliver explosive power transfer when sprinting to the next ramp.

SHORTENED STAYS AND YOKE
Shorter chain stays and yoke give the already-nimble Chase frame a shorter wheelbase - for even more aggressive handling. The truncated stays also improve pedaling power transfer for quick sprints to the next ramp.

ALUMINUM EXPERTISE
Cannondale's years of experience shaping, welding and testing aluminum make the Chase capable of being thrashed. Characteristic oversized tubing is lighter but stronger at the same time. And our double-pass smooth welds are aesthetically attractive while also less prone to cracking along the weld line - an important consideration for bikes that get abused the way Chase frames do!
