PROS: Will not break for sure. Are solid as a rock. Very easy to maintain. Solid platform for xc, downhill racing, 4x, and dj.
Inexpensive, but not cheap. SUPER DUPER GRIPPY!
CONS: The paint on them does chip, just get the raw color ones if you want to prevent this.

OVERALL: I would recommend these to a friend, they are solid, and the company has very thoughtful replies to emails. I will definitely keep using v8 for much long since they are so reliable. Super Duper high quality. I am a hucker and these have survived. Very good traction.

Really nice pedals, grippy, good grease port system, don't think much of the seals on the sides of the padals (the chrome things in the picture on the axle) as they slide from side to side if you get the side of the sole of your shoe in the wrong place. This means that dirt gets into the bearings and as long as you move them back and clean the muck out as soon as you notice this it's fine. Paint chips quite easily but overall really good cheap hard wearing pedals, look cool, run nicely as long as you keep them greased. Note: don't even bother trying to get the dmr supplied syringe to work, it's awful. Go to your local chemist or bike shop and get one for about £0.75

I love these petals because i bought them cheep and did not expect much and they are better than any thing else i have used. stock pins grip so much i have never had ANY slip on them. they are not the widest but more than worth the low price tag.

 Great all round pedal...

Advantages:
-High Quality
-Super Grippy!
-Really Strong
-Not to expensive

Disadventages:
-Paint chips easily
-Chrome bearing covers get moved out of place easily in use which allows dirt into the bearing but is fine if cleaned out and put back in place

I would definitely recommend these to a friend Smile

These pedals are the shit., It's that simple.

I could ride my bike in my beach flip flops and i can guarantee that I'd still have an amazing grip on them.
Plus the grease injection is just damn hand (because i'm too lazy to take the pedals off and on xD)

Pros: Awesome grip with just normal skate shoes I feel asthough my feet will never slip, they have super smooth bearings so if you DJ maybe not the best pedals but for DH there awesome, the grease port is good and easy to use, grease syringe allready comes loaded in the box. Cons: they are abit on the heavy side, the paint comes off after time (ive been using mine for about 8 months now) and the paint is allready coming off, not all the pins are replaceable so if you ride a Specialized (like me) be careful with pedal strikes. Dispite the bad they are cheap and if you dont like pain coming off just get them in polished silver.

Really like these pedals, you can replace pins with ones from your local hardware store if needed, excellent traction, but if you don’t want to cut up your shin when you slip and you will slip eventually get yourself a pair of knee / shin guards. Pedals have a port for grease to keep them running smooth, I had to add grease right after I got them, “its included” maybe not enough from factory but after I topped it up no issues.

I got these Pedals in red about 2 years ago and I really liked them. They have great grip but the paint scratches off easily, I am not able to open the grease port on one of them and the bearing cover moves and dirt is getting into the bearings

Sick Pedals. Super strong, good value, and they stick to your feet like glue. A little heavy and you have to keep up on the maintenance, but very solid pedals. They will take anything you throw at them.

Super gripy pedals long life and great price ... Good looks too ! Although the grease that comes with the pedals wasn't enough. But just refil the seringe and get it in the pedals and you can't go wrong!

Wide & fairly light; good grip yep. Length, shape & pins help prevent/reduce slip-off, especially with sticky rubber soles get 'em.

Amazing pedals, the grip is insane. Nice idea with the grease port being easily accesable, and there's no pedal creak!
