Great bar, super lightweight. My only beef is the width. I'd love it if they made a more all-mtn version with the 711mm width like the DH bar. Other than that, these things are sweet... plenty strong and do a nice job of smooth out vibrations from the road.

I was unsure about carbon fiber for a handlebar, but after riding with these for two years I am impressed. I've never felt anything other than solid. I've hit some jumps and drops and have never felt any flex despite my 220 lbs. And, they are light as a feather!

I use this bar for serious all mountain abuse, amd have had a wonderful experience. It dropped a good 150 grams off my old aluminum/steel bar. Nice flex, but no too much. Comes 27" wide, which is how I left it. It feels imaginary in your hands, but very real when you torque it up or down a hill.

Pros: ultralight, feels stiff and at 685 is accurate and suprisingly easy to handle.
Cons: Being a bit skeptical of Carbon I still don't know how hard I can push it. We'll see!

Updated 1 year later: With plenty of drops, falls and flips these bars show no signs of abuse or damage to the finish. Excellent quality carbon bars!

Awsome bar. I bought one in 99, and instintly noticed the control, light weight, and bump absorbsion. Increadably durable. Have had severial since. Match it up with a Thomson stem, and your set.

Awesome bars. Super light, and provide great control. Been riding these for years with no problems.
