i have had this bike for over a year now and it performs great. I have taken this bike off a 6ft drop and it held up fine. this bike is not made for that though but it works just fine for jumping and riding on rough trails but not downhill or free-ride.i have used it for racing and it performs really really well. PROS:lightweight, strong well built frame. great paint job. sram/shimano components. tires, powerful breaks, double wall rims CONS: Sr suntour xct pogostick, crankset is really heavy, uncomfortable seat, no disc breaks. OVERALL i really like this bike. it is my first real mountain bike and it works well for racing and jumping. the bike is almost indestructible and i am not worried about it not handling anything. the only thing that really needs to go is the piece of junk fork aka pogostick. it kind of bucks you off instead of doing its job. other than that this bike is 5 stars
