I've been using these stoppers (with 160mm rotors) on a race bike for a year now and they're still going strong. They're easy to adjust and changing pads is as easy as the older Mags and HFX9's. (If only they'd use the same size pad).

These brakes have great feel and power. To get the best out them I would recommend ditching the OE pads tho. They dont last long.

Hayes Stroker Carbon (MSRP $290) — How do you make a good bike component better? Make it lighter and carbon fiber-ier! The Stroker Carbon packs all the features of the Stroker Trail, but with the addition of a carbon fiber lever. We also substituted aluminum-backed pads in place of the Trail's standard steel-backed pads. The result is almost certainly the most capable, lightweight (387g), and controllable brake at its price.
