Good all around tire, more a generalist than a specialist. One thing i noticed is that is that it does a good job absorbing bumps. On the other hand, mud sticks on and doesn't shed very well.
Some Notes:
Works well as a front or rear.
Adequate climbing traction, but not excellent.
Good DH traction, i never washed out.
Not very fast rolling, but reasonable for a bulky tire.

Overall: 7/10 stars, there are not many better all rounders.

Awesome tire for dirt trails! aggressive tread, lots of traction. very soft rubber, i toke these tires every where and they dont stand up on asfalt or roads. i kind wish i did not do that because i dont have the money to buy them again.

Love it. Bought it for a front tire for dirt trails and dh. Sticks better up front than my Nevegals. I love my Nevegals in the back, but this just plain sticks better up front.

cant really fault them, all is say is they do have quite a bit drag, but flawless on the decents. replaced it with the same tyre in the dtc version and what a difference!!

Running 2.5 up front, paired with 2.5 Nevegal at back, on a Norco DH HT. Rode rock gardens in the rain round Coed y Brenin, never lost it's footing
