They do the job, and they do it well. The kona logo is cast out of the material so that wont wear off, the pins stay fairly sharp over time, and there are no middle pins for your shins to get destroyed by when you get spiked.

first half-decent pedals i bought. mine had replaceable pins though, the older model i think. Great grip, excellent platform, only thing that lets these down are the looseball bearings, but then again, the sealed model should be just as good, but come with a larger price tag, what do you expect for this sort of money? i was pleased to say the least

Been riding with the Jackshits since '04, and I'm only on my second set! Still have my first set actually. They're still going strong on my backup bike. Put your feet on these babies and they're locked on. They won't move. If they do, you're probably coming off the bike!

i have the white ones. They are amazing pedals that aint so grippy that you cant move your feet but are grippy enough to keep your feet on. These pedals are hard to kill you have to do a bit more than clip them when railing a berm to destroy them. these pedals suit my riding style, the fraze is foot out flat out lol. i find these pedals are as good as any other competitors.

These pedals are super grippy and durable so even if your hittin the local dirt jumps or rippin your favourite trail they will still provide plenty of grip. and the metal studs don't brake of very easily I've had mine for a year and havn't lost one.
