I tried my friend's, and the bike feels supper nice, in all the aspects of the ridding, the rear could be lighter, he had the 2006 one with the am 4, but feels the same then this model. its a really nice bike for some one that need to climd and want to huck down the trail after

pros: Bomb proof frame, climbs liek a goat, Decends like it has 9", Dialed spec, looks great, bottomless travel(yes all 170mm of it), stabel at high speeds, corners great, stiff as hell, jumps like a pro, and lands liek its floating on a cloud.

This bike will make you faster on the ups and especially the downs.

Cons: The only cons i could think of is the rims. They may be strong and light but they are a little too narrow for a 2.5 ( what comes stock) and you may roll your tire if running low pressure, and the powder coating isn't exactly the most durable

I owned this bike for just over a year. Rode it fully stock, and it took a beating. Really fun to ride. Didn't climb all too well, but finished the job. Really recommend it for someone who wants their first full suspension. Overall great bike and the spec I felt was very appropriate for the category.
