This is a good tire for street but when using on dirt or mud it's not very good.(ofcoarse) It is cheap seemingly well made and looks cool with those M's. Although i don't know what i am talking about i have used them and bought them. I would recommend to buy it any time.

Maxxis M-Tread (MSRP $25) — The tread of the M-Tread encircles both sidewalls from rim edge to rim edge, protecting the tire casing from premature wear. This allows longer tire life for street and ramp riders that grind coping, rails, curbs, etc. The side tread also benefits high angle cornering and flatland maneuvers. Grooved slick design allows for the right amount of grip while riding High pressure rated at 110 PSI Rim-to-rim tread protected sidewalls Smooth, symmetrical tread profile
