Mongoose Khyber Super

 Pros: Great handling, super stable, has good manners in the air, plush ride. The rear suspension works well! Believe me! Better than any faux-bar I've ridden.

Cons: Kinda heavy, fork had too much oil in the cartridge that had to be bled out.

 This is the ONLY bike I've owned for more than one season...EVER. And I still haven't considered replacing it. I ride primarily sketchy, fun trails/hits, but I tend to aim up hill occasionally as well, and if you know anything about the Freedrive system, then you already own one and don't plan on trading sides!

 I purchased this rig last year. Talk about an all mountain bike! The Khyber Super can and will handle anything you throw at it and more. From hitting the ups and downs of the XC trails to the lift chair assisted bike parks, this bike is a beast on any trail.

 Super Light for a 170mm travel bike (well that's at least how mine is), kills on the down hills and is light enough to climb but the geometry is raked back to much to really get over the bike.

 Soooo sweet. i have a 08 khyber super and i love it! i got it for £800 and its my intro to FR/DH i didnt get a 180mm beacause if i didn't like it it would be useless. but i chose right! this bike does everything. im putting on a 180mm for to slacken it a bit and it will be perfect!

 I have a custom Khyber that i built myself.
Spotted the frame online and fell in love. I have owned it for two now and it has been truly incredible piece of kit. It climbs better than any 165mm travel frame in-and-above its price tag by far, and decends like a military wepon.

If you have the chance to own one, make sure you do so ya' won't regret it!

 I bought a 2008 and it is an amazing ride. I sold my 2006 Sx to buy one!!!!

 Great all arounder. Climbs well enough but also solid enough for most steeps, drops & kickers. Looks snazzy... bling bling!
