This bike is a great XC/DH addition to my life.

The reason i chose this bike over many others, its a strong, well built hardtail with mainly XC capabilities that can do more. The front fork has 140mm adjustable to 100mm for steep hillclimbs. Strong frame, sealed 3 peice bb, chain gaurd, sealed hub up front with oversized axle, and 2.2 tires for big grip. Frame design allows for manuals (even though its quite difficult on this bike... but i came from a bmx background), as well as some manuverability in the air. Hydrolic brakes are responsive even when wet or muddy.

Itis lightwieght (for the type of bike it is), coupled with very low gear ratios makes it an amazing xc/trail bike.

What i do not like is the rear hub is loose bearing, and the dropouts appear somewhat weak. This seems to have been the style with norco sasquatch's as well as many other freeride/dh/xc bikes, but once again i come from a bmx background. I am 180Lbs and 5'10", so for me the front fork feels a bit too soft, expecially at a lower travel setting.

Overall, i love this bike! It does everythign i want it to do, great for hillclimbs, trails, and small jumps. I have taken it to the skatepark, but its no bmx, and be ready to bottom the fork out constantly lol. I approve of this bike for anyone who likes to trail ride mainly, and wants a bike that will withstand a beating.

ok, i have the dirt jump version of this bike i think its a great bike. i don't have any problems with it so far, except for a little squeaking of the brakes but i think thats because i haven't bled my breaks in a while
