 Mine are 2010s but same think. Great fork, little bit expensive these days but damn good none the less. i find the red (medium) spring to be a little bit sloppy tbh so have opted for firm ( i only weigh 8.5st so really should get away with red easily but it just seems to blow through a little too much travel for my liking), DH mission control does make a noticable difference, just seems a bit more tweaked out. my main problem with these forks is that the coil doesnt seem isolated enough, get a bit of a clunk going on when the fork compresses which i havent had on my Pikes or older Marzos (66s, Z1 FR2s) ive even added 2 layers or wrap to try and reduce this (which is has to a fair extent) but there is still a noticable clunk to the fork. Rides very smooth and feels very very stiff out on the trail. looks mint in white and im impressed that it weighs the same as my pair of Solo Airs. great fork ven if it is a little overpriced

 rc2dh damping is plush and coil is the single best realizeation of this - and it weighs less than a marzochccii titanium!

Compression - This is the damping circuit that absorbs the compression energy force on the damper. Compression damping is used to adjust how quickly a fork or rear shock compresses when hitting a bump, and is adjustable on some products. When compression damping is too soft, this condition allows most of the available travel to be used without attaining control of the wheel. When it's adjusted too firmly, the wheel will jump or "dance" about when hitting small bumps, again failing to gain control of the wheel.
