Haven't had it for too long, but so far so good. Also, Rock Shox has 5 different stock tunes for this shock based on the bike you're putting it on so you'll def be able to find the perfect match for your frame geometry, the amount of travel, and the spring rate of your particular rig.

After a couple years, and a few warranties I can say that the action is great, the swivel valve leaks so they did away with it, and the seals SUCK! A newer RT3 leaks like crazy after only a few months of riding. Shitty seals out of the box.

Pros: Smooth and adjustable, Lockout when adjusted properly to riders weight should hold for the uphills. Reliable.
Cons: I dislike the placement of the valve. Esp with my frame KHS XC Team. I have to remove the top mount to spin the valve around and fill or release then spin back around and remount. The body valves are a much better design. Like my Rock Shox SID.
