I'm currently running a 2010 Rock Shox Reba Team Dual Air 120mm w/20mm thru axle on my 2009 Specialized SX frame, and a Reba SL 120mm on my xc hardtail. Both forks are awesome on the trails, even with how aggressive I tend to ride my bikes. I have yet to bottom them running the positive and negative air chambers with Rock Shox recommended pressure for my body weight. That includes very aggressive downhill riding on my SX, jumping, and drops. Once I get my rebound and compression set up, they have very nice high speed/small bump response, and feel progressively stiffer as I get farther into the travel. Nothing bad to say about them. As long as you know how to set the fork up properly, and use it for its' intended purpose it's awesome.

I have that on my XC hardtail. That fork is fantastic! I ride maybe pretty hard. lot of rocks, speed and things like that. But the fork handles them super smooth! also good settings! and they really works!

Great forks, I have the 07 models with 100mm and find them great! Not had any problems so far, always smooth compression and rebound.

Crown Single

Rebound External Rebound
Rebound - is how quick your fork returns to a fully extended position after being compressed. Almost all after-market forks feature external rebound adjustment for easy fine tuning.

Damping - The process of absorbing the energy of impacts transmitted through the forks or rear shock during the compression stroke, and absorbing the energy of the spring during the rebound stroke.
DropOut Options Regular QR
Compression Low speed compression to 'Lock' with external Floodgate
Compression - This is the damping circuit that absorbs the compression energy force on the damper. Compression damping is used to adjust how quickly a fork or rear shock compresses when hitting a bump, and is adjustable on some products. When compression damping is too soft, this condition allows most of the available travel to be used without attaining control of the wheel. When it's adjusted too firmly, the wheel will jump or "dance" about when hitting small bumps, again failing to gain control of the wheel.
