 It's a good, reliable and nearly indestructible bike. Quite resistant. I Changed the transmission for a single speed set and it was just perfect. The only problem i had with it is the fork... Tapered shock with regular sized axes are so rare and expensive! if you ever have to change the suspension on this bike, buy a brand new Flow and save 300$.
