Shifts smooth and fast. Very easy to adjust if needed. Tuff SOB-Takes a lickin and keeps on tickin. Just got a shorty for my new bike and hope holds up and works as well as my long cage.

Pros: What can I say about this derailleur? It's excellent in all facets. Material and workmanship is excellent. It's very tight and accurate. The spring tension is tight even on the bumpiest trails.
Cons: None yet.

Perfect, smooth and accurate shifting!
Easily mounted on the bike, easy to clean. Price is still high.
