I've had these tires for about a month, and I love them. They grip well in all sorts of conditions, from hardpack to loose loamy dirt/gravel. They are pretty fast and track very nicely. Haven't had any trouble with flats and just a great overall tire. Would definitely buy again.

Got them from a LBS for 42.99 each. They are the 2.5's and mounted on Big Earl wheels on my 2010 Trek Scratch 7.

I use this tire on my hoss front and back. I downhill and jump using them without issue. Slighty sketchy lean-in but grip really well. Ridden mostly in rocky Annadel.
I also commute with these and they roll really well.

WTB Dissent-Race (MSRP $50) — The Dissent is the doctrine for FR/DH tires. Designed around the demanding conditions of the Whistler Mountain Bike Park, this tire features a hard driving twin-knob design, a robust casing and a muscular square-radius profile. The Dissent offers confident control on dusty, braking bump-riddled downhill tracks and rolls surprisingly well for its size.
