This grip is great! I never really used it without gloves on which is usually when my grips wear out fastest, but I have used these for 4 seasons no and still going strong, only with a bit of wear under the outer palms. All you need to do is rotate them half way when wear occurs and these will last you years!
It's a lock- on grip that works. The grip slides slightly over time due to the clamps being plastic, not aluminum, but it's nothing that you would notice from one minute to the next. Also, the grip will work over bare hands because of the knobs. All in all, good grip for a bike that gets used every once in a while or commuter, but save up for aluminum clamp grips for anything you ride hard.
Very wide yet slim, those grips provide perfect grip and make you feel your bike even better. Definitively my choice.
