I have ridden this tire in various conditions, mostly wet, but it never failed me. It is a great tire in the corners and a fast tire in straights. And it climbs like a champ! great in the rear with a Weirwolf in the front, excellent combo. have only done a little dry riding with it and still have no complaints!

Good tires offer good traction. One of the drawbacks is their short lifetime. In spite of that I recommend.

WTB Prowler XT Race (MSRP $50) — The square-profile, twin-knob design offers exceptional climbing grip and extra traction (XT) in a variety of conditions. The XT offers amazing control and stability in tight turns and under heaving braking. In loose conditions, the XT works best as a rear tire, paired with a Prowler MX, WeirWolf or Stout up front. Comp version = $25
