Trek SuperCaliber XL

$3900 USD
XL Trek SuperCaliber 9.8/9.9 XL so for riders above 6 feet 9.9 frame with some 9.8 parts Bontrager RSL one piece bar XTR cassette and derailleur XT brakes and cranks (I can also include the much lighter e13 trs cranks) Fox 32 step cast fork just serviced last week Carbon dropper post Bike had a ride wrap on it so the frame is in great shape. Bike would be around $8k new. You get it for less than half.

First Ride: 2024 Trek Supercaliber G2
@shorttravelmag: That $9k build is a weird build. Not for racing. It has a wireless drivetrain but heavier rims, 4 piston brakes, super heavy dropper, etc. The $9500 XTR build is only 21.5 lbs.

First Ride: 2024 Trek Supercaliber G2
@kusa: It's only a bizarre combination until you look up the weight of the Reverb AXS and see that it's 250 grams heavier. Lol.

Bontrager Launches Updated Flatline Shoe
@chakaping: you are confusing the guarantee with the warranty. You can return all Bontrager products for any reason with 30 days. That’s the guarantee. Bontrager apparel has a 2 year warranty against defects.

Opinion: How True is the 'Dudes Who Shred' vs 'YouTubers' Meme?
I was at Big Bear and Aaron Gwin was there as usual. So were Charlie Harrison and a bunch of the Trek pro riders. I don't think anyone there even recognized any of them, despite them being on custom DH bikes and full kit with their names all over. If people don't recognize the top riders in the world, I can see why bike brands would rather dump money into Seth Bike Hacks or Syd and Macky.
