2024 - FINAL PRICE DROP. Also - I'll throw in the only headset you can buy to slacken it off (9point8 slackset cost £120 never fitted) My fantastic trail bike - in the best colour - has to go. Rockshox Super Deluxe brand new (was running a different shock on it) Bought August 2021. Ridden almost exclusively in the dry. Inviisframed from new. All bearings in as-new condition. Includes headset with freshly greased bearings. There's no marks on it I can see, so it's pretty much as new as evidenced by the pics. Headset fitted. I built this up with a 140mm fork and rode it mostly in the Forest of Dean. Fantastic all round trail bike, agile, pedals brilliantly (see reviews), really engaging on the way down and that rear CBF suspension is the best I've ever ridden (even better than my Ibis DW bikes). Not many in that colour, was waiting for sun to come out to take pics to show how it 'pops' - sadly no sun lately! Built up with 2.5/2.4 tyres it was around 13.5kg. A fantastically capable gravel bike. Brilliant fun on road, off road or something in between! Fits me very well at 5ft11. This is a version 3 of the Tempest. It's a lovely Ti frame with a carbon fork. This makes for a very comfortable, smooth ride on any surface. The bike has covered around 1000km, mostly on road and 99% in the dry. Comes with: SRAM Rival transmission with 38T oval (will also provide original 40T) SRAM hydraulic brakes with new pads Fulcrum wheels Clement Strada 700x40mm tyres (almost new as swapped out early on) Richey stem to replace nasty Planet-X one New bar tape fitted today! Charge saddle No pedals. Very comfortable and capable gravel bike. Rode fully loaded 4 day Welsh Coast to Coast and in my local woods. It feels great on rubbish pot holed roads and even rooty singletrack. Can easily run 700x43 on 23mm rims with lots of space front and rear. That's what I swapped too early on hence the wheels/tyres have done a lot less than 1000km. All bearings etc running super smooth. The frame is in great condition, a couple of tiny marks on the fork. **** LOWER PRICE ***** Summary: Ibis Mojo 4 27.5 frame. Size: Large. 130mm travel from Fox DPS EVOL factory shock: Dirty Whiteboard colour. Purchased March 2021. Ridden less than 400 miles. Invisiframed from new (by Inivisiframe). Includes XT BB, new Superstar headset and cable outers for dropper and mech. Details: Excellent condition Ibis Mojo 4 frame, headset, and bottom bracket. Bought the last frame in the UK, but have too many bikes and need to move it on. I've had a few Ibis's and this Mojo has the same great ride characteristics as their DW link bikes. Check out the reviews on YT etc., I had the Mojo3 before which was a great all-round trail bike, and this version is better in every way. Perfect fit for me at 180cm/5ft11. Lively, poppy trail bike, fantastic climber, and even better descender. Almost perfect condition other than a small scrape on the back of the DS seat stay (see pic) which I re-covered with Invisiframe, and a couple of tiny paint chips underside of the drive side seat stay.
