 I have a soft spot for Ancilotti. I can see it has formula shock, wasn't a custom shock one of primary Ancilotti features? I mean, monotube coil shock is relatively easy to make and a totally custom shock should be better even then Formula, which have CTS but the rebound stack is fixed.

 The kid is sponsored by Formula and I'd bet that Formula has a much bigger sponsoring budget than Ancilotti so it isn't that surprising. And if the new Ancilotti use a Formula Mod the rebound stack is fixed but since it is a stack it is tunable like any other shock so I don't see the problem, if you are out of the stock range send it to a tuner.

 Flashing back to my last trip to Italy in 2017 — visited the incredible private Ancillotti motorcycle museum in the village where Ancillotti bikes used to be partially made (by Tomaso Ancillotti’s father), and then went to Cocorico club. All that Ancillotti downhill video needs is some proper Italian techno or dance music like at Cocorico at 6:30am =) youtu.be/pkrLz507abA

 Bloody love an Ancillotti...remember them from years back, 05/06 when I first started riding, seen about 2 since, and when I do I adore the shape

 I'd probably spend more time starring at the bike than riding it. This and Crossworx, it's maybe the shock position and the chainstay shape which totally got me.
