Work before pleasure – Enduro is the perfect mix of fun, nature and fitness.Enduro can be interpreted in many ways these days, but basically it means you have to manage the uphill for your ride on your own. You can choose between technical trails or forest highways to reach the top. Same for the downhill, between easy and flowy to steep and technical everything is possible. The Endurobike is also a nice tool to travel around and see different countries, nature and mountains. But always wear shorts - no Bib's please!
Free like an eagle – Dirt and Slopestyle are a nice variety and special technique training.What could be better than flying through the air and transforming airtime into adrenaline? The cornerstone of the Dirt-Sports is probably to be found in the BMX and FMX area. In the last decade Dirt and Downhill aspects were combined together, so that you now need big bikes for some Jumplines because of the the high speeds. But also the professional slopestyle courses are no longer for chickens. Dirt and Slopestyle blow your head and give you a very special bike feeling.
Hunting Stones and roots – Downhill, The Formula 1 in MTB Gravity sports brings rider and machine to the limits.Probably the oldest discipline in MTB Gravity, it has almost completely changed in the past 20 years. At that time, the riders struggled with almost no suspension and poorly functioning brakes over tuned forest paths. When you watch the downhill worldcup today, you will find perfectly build frames, suspension and brakes. At the same time, the courses changed completely, so much that it is almost impossible to walk some parts of the courses. For sure, power, fitness and riding technique will bring you forward, but the best downhill training is to ride downhill.
