Looks amazing! I'd definitely be interested! Spring and Autumn work. I'd say Spring for a good training / techniques session, so that I could use the new skills throughout the summer, then a great session in the Autumn (maybe even a mini comp?). Well done!

I see your point @tekko but I think it's more to do with SS's manager than RB. With every business (and you have to think like this!) you really need a permanent marketing / PR guru - posting everywhere (Twitter / Insta / FB / Pink Bike / etc) all the time. They also need to draft up Press Releases and issue them to every single possible news outlet - immediately. This side of the "business" is one that most MTB teams just don't have a) the resource for or b) the expertise. The team manager's sort out every other aspect of the rider - and the rest of the team - and this crucial media courting just isn't there. I can't see RB doing much in publicity for every one of their sponsored athletes - just not on their radar. They're using the athletes as Ambassador's all around the world to "advertise" RB - they provide some kit and provisions... some fitness physio / training and probably that's it? (sure they do more than that, but not the publicity machine!).... up to the team's themselves to be on the ball and get the press releases out. There were tons of twitter messages being sent to Rach Ath and the UK top TV channels - luckily her story got picked up (September) and she has had a fair amount of coverage - which is great! But the Ath's have been the UK MTB "royal family" for absolutely years now... taken a while to get the coverage!

Great photo's! Great summary of the Men's. SS was consistent and steady.... Gee lost it somehow - not sure if through confidence crash, or fitness... either way - he needs to forget about it and move forward! For the fans - best year ever! right to the very last race! roll on 2014!
