Pinkbike Poll: Center Lock or 6-Bolt Brake Rotor Mounting?
If you having issues with centre lock coming loose probably hasn't been done up right, as likely as a cassette to come loose and if it does you won't loose your bolts like can with 6 bolt. Centre lock super reliable and way less hassle than 6 bolt. For those saying if it aint broke don't fix it, same could be said about axles etc that have made bikes better

First Ride: Merida One-Twenty - A Mountain Bike for Mountain Bikers
@HPdeskjet3630: as long as can get seals off to regrease bearings don't see what the issue is. How cable is routed shouldn't be deciding factor of if you buy a bike or not and many companies now doing it so soon probably won't be much choice on that.

Review: 1,000 Miles on SRAM's New Eagle Transmission
Still very expensive when Shimano deore with xt shifter works amazing for fraction of the price. If you want top line bike when money no object sure it's amazing but better value spending that money on suspension or better brakes

Opinion: Five Things The Bike Industry Could Do Better
Centre lock is far better than. 6 bolt, but seems no one wants to give up their 6 bolt hubs so bother remain. While the HG driver had its issues and did we really need XD? While XD might have advantages it makes cassettes expensive

Easy to just regrease headset and pivot bearings unless play no need to buy new ones, BB should get couple years out of

Video: How To Check Your Frame Bearings At Home
Don't need to replace very often, just pop seals and re grease and will keep going. One of my bikes is over 3000km and still on original bearings. Even seized ones sometimes can get spinning again. Unless play no need to replace.
