It was 2005, CYCLEMOB Vet Tim Lomenda went down and injured his right knee. The following years caused nothing but pain and continuing issues even after one surgery. For any average rider we all know injuries are apart of the game and you just roll with the punches but in February of 2012 Tim tore his ACL in his left knee while riding in California.

At this point he decided to take a step back from riding and really focus on fixing his battered body. In May he had a major surgery on his left knee fixing the torn cartilage or what was left of it. Shortly after in July
he had ACL reconstruction surgery done on his right knee using a hamstring graft. Tim is on his way back to 100% and plans on getting his ACL reconstructed in his left knee next year. Braced up and ready to go Tim goes and hits the trail before winter sets in.
