I would love to see a Sam Hill vs Jack Moir battle next year. Hope he can get back to winning pace again.

Guys like Jack Moir look like their hauling, and they are, then you have Sam who looks like he's riding at 60% and he's going a sim pace....

That's what gives me hope that Sam will stay in it for years and years to come. Doesn't blow himself up or risk it for the biscuit like the newer guys on the circuit. Just rides so intelligently. "Ride flats, have more fun." - Sam Hill

@dualcrownstrider: agreed - he'll be at the top next year, I have no doubts about that

@dualcrownstrider: What's so special about Sam is that he's now this super conservative rider but In his DH hay day he pushed it further to the limit and went deeper into the zone than anyone has ever done on an MTB. He's dominated two disciplines and mastered completely opposite mental approaches to do so.

I think both he and Minnar are amazing. Considering the magnitude of their achievements over the years, they both seem to have stayed very level-headed. Used to build green Iron Horse Sunday WC replicas once in awhile at one of the shops I worked at, which makes me feel old. But Sam is still killing it, and I’m still riding so we’re winning. Keep it up Sam!

I reckon when this bloke is 60yrs old, he will still be amazing to watch his riding on loose dirt.
