@rexluthor: A huge part of what helmets do is slow down the impact, both compressive dissipation and newer technology, like MIPS, deflect impact away from the the wearer's head

Photo Report: 'The Thaw is On' - Frost Bike 2019 at SilverStar Mountain Resort
Why would you fight that urge?!? Do it! Maybe they will like the idea and you'll have a similar event, ski hills suffer in spring and early fall, so any way to bring in some extra cash flow will likely be well received.

Parent Company of Performance Bicycle, Fuji & Breezer Files for Bankruptcy
@friendlyfoe: it works a bit differently with really big corporations like this. There is so many moving parts that even if you are in the know, it could potentially take years to pinpoint the real problems that need fixing and years afterwards to correct them.

Review: Box Two 11-Speed Drivetrain
@PauRexs: I'm not sure with the economies of scale that they will ever be able to sell for less than Shimano. That being said, I think Box is the most interesting company to come up in the drivetrain market in decades, probably had the best chance to succeed too. I hope this does well for them.

First Look: Trust Performance's $2,700 Carbon Fiber Linkage Fork
Honestly, because Dave is behind this, I think it legitimately has got a chance, unlike any other linkage fork I've ever seen (and I own a Pro-Flex). This guy has shaken up the industry more than once, I'm sure he can do it again. It looks strange, and costs a ton, but if it does what's written on the box, that will all change in time.
