8 Race Bikes from the 2022 Pump Track World Championships
Some rad looking rides there. I'm new to the pump track world, stoked to see so many BMX race bikes. Once upon a time BMX racers in the cruiser class all used 26s, somebody figured out that a 24 could accelerate a lot faster and the course wasn't long enough for a 26s to catch up. I suspect something similar is what's happening with the all the 20" race bikes here. A 20" bike under someone with a lot of explosive power is going be very difficult to catch. Awesome article though, all the bikes look great.
