*PRICE REDUCED* Kona Process 134 DL 29 LARGE *NEW*

$699 GBP
*PRICE REDUCED* Kona Process 134 DL 134 29 2021 Emerald Green w/Orange & Black Decals *BRAND NEW* Just got this through as a warranty replacement after my AL 134 died back in April (weld failed on seat tube). It is brand new and has only be unpacked to photograph, and is now back in the box. Happy to courier it within the UK at buyer's expense. Comes with derailleur hanger, seat clamp, shock mounting hardware and rear axle plus whatever is in the little bag Kona supply (cable clips and some RockShox sticker by the look of it). Size is large - this fit me perfectly on the old frame as a 5'10" rider with a 40mm stem. I used 30mm riser bars and it worked really well riding around the Mendips. The geometry is identical so use those numbers as guidance. I also found it worked better with a shorter crank arm than stock - I went with 165mm and had almost no pedal strikes. Stock is 175mm and narrow ruts were tricky due to the bb height. I have the original Rockshox Deluxe Shock from my old 134 frame that I will service and sell. If you want it, then we can negotiate a small bump in price to include it. You might be better off getting something slightly better though with a lockout as I always thought it would climb even better then. A Megneg works REALLY well with this frame. New mounting hardware is included with the new frame plus I have the hardware off the old bike I can include if you want spares. Shock size is 185x55mm Trunnion. Selling because I broke my 134 in April and supply chain issues meant Kona were non-committal as to when I would receive this replacement, so I bought a new frame in the meantime. Frame looks great, it's a nicer colour than last year's AL that this replaces and I prefer both to the 2022 colours. The geometry is unchanged from last year. It's an awesome bike and I loved having my 134. Rode downhill and off jumps like an Enduro but could climb like a XC. I was genuinely upset when my AL broke. If this sells quickly I could fit a new XT press fit BB that I haven't gotten around to returning to Chain Reaction yet. I also have the Rockshox Recon forks that came with the original frame. Some scratches on one side's leg decals. TBH, the frame warrants a better fork and I ran a Pike on my 134 and it was great. Any 140mm travel fork will work and it rides well with 150mm, although Kona don't advertise that. If you want the Recon, again we can negotiate something. I'll be servicing both it and the old rear shock over the next week or two.
