Commencal Releases Updated 2021 Clash
Agreed. Love the look of this thing but will never buy a press fit bb bike again. I've only owned one and that was enough. There's a reason why even specialized went back to threads.

Podcast: Blind Bobby Interviews Santa Cruz Bicycles' Rob Roskopp
@IsaacO: true now, but the history is still very intertwined. Rob Roskopp was an original at SC skateboards.

Review: 6 Months With RockShox's Wireless Reverb AXS Dropper Post
@bkm303: I'm 6'1" and ride a 185 Bikeyoke on a large Nomad. I could definitely use that 15mm to 200. At this point you should be able to find a dropper and seat tube insertion to all but slam your post, Seat just above the rear tire. So many factory builds are still showing inches of post. Ride a DJ bike around for a while and you'll notice the benefit

Bike Check: Caminade’s Titanium ‘Chill Easy’ Trail/Enduro Bike
This is an exquisite frame design. Personally I'm more into TI as a hardtail but this thing has nice touches, bottle opener or not (I'd use it)

Review: 2019 Santa Cruz Megatower - Stiff & Solid, But Not That Sensitive
@WAKIdesigns: I ride a Nomad 4 with a DHX2 coil (after riding the SD air for several months) and your comment on coil vs. air is pretty accurate. Air was OK, but coil feels significantly more glued both uphill and down; also certainly benefits from the added adjustment of the DHX2 on rebound. I don't view this as a knock on the bike however, coil just works better (in my experience at least). The leverage curve looks pretty similar on the Megatower: according to the linkage design guy, N4 falls in remarkably a straight line from 3.5 to ~2.37 (quite progressive). However, I don't think anyone would describe the N4 as "stiff" and "not that sensitive". That's an interesting difference give the similar curves.

Review: Magura's Updated Vyron Wireless Electronic Dropper Post
Having spent time fishing around routing dropper cables, I think this concept makes a ton of sense. Appears the technology is not quite there yet however. As soon as someone makes a full length (170+) electric dropper that works as well as a Bikeyoke, I will buy it.

Very cool little company, glad to learn about them here. I would like to see hydration bladder integration designed in as an option.

Locating and saving someone who is buried is an unlikely outcome sadly. Bruce Tremper talks about this in his book with some good statistics. Rest in peace Chris - very sad story.
