PRESS RELEASE: ENVEThrough an expansion of a strategic partnership with American hub manufacturer Industry Nine, we are proud to announce that the benchmark-setting M Series carbon mountain wheel line is now available with Industry Nine’s all new 101 hubs at an MSRP of $2100.
The addition of Industry Nine 101 hubs to the lineup means that upgrading to proven ENVE M Series rim technologies - such as Wide Hookless Bead and Protective Rim Strip, is easier than ever before.
So if you’re looking for a new carbon wheelset and want to squeeze every ounce of value out of your hard earned dollars, here’s why ENVE + I9 101 can’t be beat.
Why ENVE M Series● 5 Year Warranty and Lifetime Incident Protection- In reality, warranties are nice, deliver piece of mind, and allow you to rest assured that we’ve got your back. But with ENVE, the technologies in the new M Series means you’re more unlikely to ever need to use it and here’s why:
● Wide Hookless Bead (M5 and M6 Series) and Protective Rim Strip (M7 and M9 Series) are two proprietary technologies that are the result of more than 12 years of carbon mountain wheel development. We’ve learned, while obvious as it may seem, that broken carbon rims are more likely when you attempt to ride your wheels with flat tires. Flat tires that are a result of pinch flatting. Sure, our rims can take that kind of beating, but with ENVE, we’ve evolved beyond that point. Our anti-pinch flat technologies promise to eliminate the dreaded pinch flat, protecting your rim, tires and ride time without the extra cost, weight, and complexity of cumbersome tire inserts or the compromised ride of over inflated tires.
● Made in the USA- Sure, just because something is made in the US doesn’t inherently guarantee its quality. But any product bearing the ENVE name does - regardless of where it is manufactured. Ultimately, we are riders making the products we want to ride. Made in the USA means we get to try more concepts, tune more laminates, make more prototypes, and deliver a better ride experience overall. If you need to use our Warranty or have a question about your wheel, tire or bike set up, we’re a phone call away.
Why Industry Nine 101● Made in the USA - 101 hubs are machined, anodized, and assembled in Industry Nine’s Asheville, NC headquarters and manufacturing facility. Our ability to source hubs from another US brand streamlines our supply chain and eliminates costly import duties, ensuring more performance for the dollar to you.
● High engagement hubs in an innovative package -The all new I9 101 hub features leading engagement and durability without compromising quality and long term reliability
○ 90 Points of Engagement with 4 Degrees of Engagement
● 2 Year Manufacturer Warranty - 101 hubs are covered under Industry Nine’s Alloy Product Warranty
The M Series paired with I9 101 hub sets are now shipping.

MENTIONS: @ENVE
ENVE US made,i9 hubs, 5 year warranty $2100usd
WeAreOne CAD made, i9 hubs, lifetime no questions warranty, $1000usd.
NEAT
ENVE M730 - 536 grams, 32 hole
WeAreOne Agents - 485 grams, 32 hole
I save money, get a better warranty, lighter wheels, for less than half the price of the Enves?! OR I can save about $500 and get WeAreOne's newer The Union wheelset with i9 Hydra hubs, a lifetime warranty, 475 grams, all for $1625.
You go Enve.
Also, if you want Hydras, you can get WAO's new rims with those for $1,625.
I don't know what kind of black magic WAO uses to hand-make rims in BC with one of the best warranties in the industry, and consistently undercut multi-national corporations outsourcing their labor to countries with cheap labor. But god bless 'em.
You inhabit an excellent neighbourhood for riding as well!
Guerilla Gravity
MRP fork
Cane Creek, MRP shock, 11/6 shock
We Are One wheels
We Are One DaBar and stem
etc..
Nailed it! They are in reality probably not so bad stuff..... but the marketing negative aura now surrounding Enve is simmilar to Elsworth and most of the general public will not buy Enve :
1. because of high price ("value" at 2100$?? WTF)
2. and/or marketing f*ckups - which is very hard reversible (probably unreversible for anyone more than semi-knowledged MTB-ers)
Solutions for ENVE:
- sell carbon wheels at ALU prices (even biggest negativists will be persuaded by this)
- change everything about marketing (people, teams, brand name etc..)
Otherwise you are convicted to lifeless stagnation - just contact Elseworth and Brian Lopes for experience
They have employed a troll in the marketing department.
At least try and go to market with a cohesive competency. This is all over the place. Who is running ENVE these days?
$1975 for a Trust Performance fork
$4075 wheelset and fork
It would look really good on my lambo roof rack!
MTB used to be a sport. It's looking like your financial status now.
This sucks the big one!!!!!!!
So. Embarrassing. This company is a disaster.

I do ride within the intended use of my bikes and parts equiped on my bikes. But, I do push my limits and the limits of what I ride. I'm probably a guy that would benefit greatly from an insert of some sort but, that's something for me to sort out.
With my new M930's and 730's, I've had zero issues. Not saying I will not in the near future but, I know that if I do, I will get a quick turn around that cost me exactly zero dollars.
Well hey, at least if I do break a set, I get new ones free. I dont care how many times they may or may not break. Life time replacement is where my money went. Spank, dt, Easton, rovale, just to name a few, never gave me a new wheel when I broke theirs.
Is the up front cash easy for many, prob not. But, for a guy who has been riding for years and hopes to for many more, my investment in a set that will cost me zero to fix anytime I break them was worth it. Sure, they are pricey as hell, I can't deny that. They have already saved me money from my days of riding rims without replacement warranties.
I'm not a fan boy of carbon over alum., this brand or that. In the long run for a guy that goes through wheels, I'm a fan boy of the warranty.
Fast lines aren't always the safe line, hence why I want that warranty
Ps congrats on the Trophies
They are ridiculously expensive. But they are some badass wheels.
That said, I did just purchase my first set of Reynolds. Half the price and I still get to buy American made.

$2k will get me a sweet set of rims & track tires for my Prelude.
The $2.1k they want for these wheels could also get me a set of coil overs, strut braces, rear sway bar, a couple energy suspension bushings, and a shift knob...
I won't fall into a cash trap with a new car. I like my money in the bank. Collecting interest and paying dividends. Not paying interest and collecting debt.
But, is that the hefty thing with only about 225bhp? So my five series would desecrate it, as would your Honda I believe too! Can’t have cars that look fast but aren’t! (I have a TVR Chimaera) :-)
I'm not a fan of the styling on that particular TVR. Which engine does yours have? IIRC some came with 5.0l Fords
Value≠$2850 wheel set
Best of luck with the wheels.
Seriously!? We Are One had these beat before they even came out. You can get the highest end We Are One rims + Hydra I9 hubs + CX Ray spokes build with lifetime no ? warranty for less than these "budget" minded Enves. I don't see how they beat anything.
... if you're trying to get value for your money, stay far away from Enve. Spend some time searching for deals and you can literally buy two carbon wheelsets for the price of these "value" Enve's.
