Sadly never heard of Ainsa before until this race, but it's definitely on my list of places to ride now! Looks stunning!

I have to agree. Just plain gorgeous!

Ainsa is one of the most spectacular places to ride in Spain. It´s all natural terrain, ancient trails rescued. The people in that zone loves the bikes and the bikers and they are ultra friendly.

@homerjm Thanks! I love going places to ride. We may just have to head out there. :-)

Very cool looking place. A curiosity I have about European riding spots, considering the size of the populations and the density in Europe, are the trails always busy? Can you let it out without concern for a ton of hikers to stop for?

This question pains me since ... month - can someone explain why there are two differend "Richard Cunningham"? One goldyoldy who writes damn good stuff and one who's allways presenting top notch vid-content?
  • + 1
I'm sure Richard is a great guy and probably rips it up on the trails, but EWS has got to do something about the narration on these vids. If you're not pumped about Enduro or travelling, you won't watch more than the first few seconds of this vid. The narration to be blunt is boring. Give Richard a Red Bull, put the mic farther away so he has to yell, or get someone else with a bit more energy. Enduro is such a great class of mountain biking, but EWS has got to put some personality into its marketing.

Ya, they should just get an Endurbro to do it right? Or maybe they can use the really cool growly voice guy from Monster Truck Madness. They should be limited to about 3 adjectives like "sick","all-time", and "stoked" only. Can't wait!

haha - seriously, though, they need more enthusiasm. Enduro is all about adventure and just getting out there to hit new trails. We don't need the full TIppie treatment, but a 6/10 on the Tippie scale would be great.

I love how Nico Quere is getting more attention. I see him in most of the enduro world series videos. I really hope he progresses to be on the podium.

 Me too!

How can they miss Isabeau? She could definitely climb on a podium again!
  • + 1
Yeah! I'm really surprised she wasn't mentioned by T-Mo. She's has better results this year then the others with the exception of Cecile (who is really kickin' arse!).

Tracy didn't mention Isabeau for the same reason she didn't mention Cecile or Anneke. She probably already considers Isabeau to be a consistent top 5 racer, because she clearly is. Make a top 5 list of the women's field and you wind up with Tracy, A.C.C., Cecile, Anneke, and Isabeau. I think T-Mo was just making it a point to give props to the women how don't normally get much media coverage.

Ahhh..... That makes sense! Props given! :-)

Wow the trail look amazing for this weekend! I have to agree though, it's odd not to mention Isabeau Cordurier when talking about up and coming women racers.

Interesting that 3 of the 4 girls she named were on Ibis HD3's.
  • + 1
I noticed that as well. Up and comers dominated by Ibis riders...
  • + 2
Yeah, I bet Trek loved that.

It's good on Cunny to focus on women riders, but yeah, where was Isabeau ?

 Agreed!
